The foundation of our service concept is on-site IT support. Our employees, as the local face of your decentralised or central office or factory IT, will ensure smooth IT operations for your users at your locations. Independent of manufacturers and platforms, we’ll resolve incidents, meet service requests and provide your users with the necessary technology and necessary know-how so your IT continues to work smoothly long-term. In the back office, we’ll make sure that your valuable IT assets are both constantly monitored and secure, while process-oriented change and task management will ensure that the underlying IT back end infrastructure is available around the clock. Together with you we’ll decide which on-site solution (permanent presence, regular visits or purely as required) offers the best-possible service in relation to your budget in the overall context of the service set-up.
